Privacy Policy
This policy explains, in plain language, how Sky Exchange ID 247 handles information when you use our WhatsApp desk. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to open and support your account, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
Because everything runs through WhatsApp, the main thing we hold is the phone number you contact us from and the messages in that chat - the details you share to open an ID, your top-up and withdrawal requests, and any support conversations. We do not run tracking analytics on this website and we do not build advertising profiles of you.
What the desk does with it
Running the desk is the whole of it. An operator needs the number to open your ID, to log a top-up or a payout at three in the morning, to reply when you write in, and to spot anything that looks wrong on the account. We also use it to confirm you are eighteen or older, since this is an adults-only service.
How we keep it safe
We limit who on the desk can see your chat, and we do not share your details with third parties for their own marketing. We will only ever disclose information if we are genuinely required to by law.
Requests you can put to the desk
Ask on any shift and an operator will read back what sits against your number, amend a detail that has gone stale, or clear the record once you have stopped using the service, minus whatever the law obliges us to retain. Just raise it with the desk.
One rule that holds on every shift
No operator here, at any hour, has any reason to request your password. Anyone who does is running a scam whatever name sits on the chat, so close it and ping the desk on the number already saved in your phone.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes we will update it here. Questions about your privacy can go straight to the desk via our contact page.
The full list of what we hold
Rather than a vague promise to collect only what is needed, here is the actual list of what the Sky Exchange desk holds.
Your WhatsApp number
It arrives automatically the moment you message us, and it is how we recognise you next time. It is also the only channel we use to reach you, which is why a message from any other number should be treated as suspicious.
The name or nickname you give
Whatever you choose to tell us for the account. We do not go looking for anything you have not offered, and we do not cross-check you against outside databases or social profiles.
The chat itself
Your messages, our replies, and anything you send in - screenshots, payment confirmations, questions. This is the record that lets somebody pick up your query without asking you to explain it twice, and it is equally your own copy of what was agreed.
Payment references
Amounts, times and the transaction reference you send when topping up or cashing out. We do not hold card numbers, we do not store your UPI PIN, and we never see your banking password - those stay inside your own bank and payment apps where they belong.
Your account username on the exchange
Needed to credit a balance or raise a payout. Your Sky Exchange password is yours alone; the desk does not keep it and does not need it for anything.
Why each piece exists
Every item on that Sky Exchange list earns its place by doing a job. The number identifies you. The name lets us address you and matches you to your account. The chat history is how a query survives from one day to the next. Payment references are what allow a stuck transfer to be traced instead of guessed at. The username is what a balance attaches to.
There is a second reason that matters just as much: confirming you are eighteen or older. This is an adults-only service, and a conversation is how that gets checked. Nothing here is collected to build an advertising profile, because we do not run advertising and have nothing to sell your details to.
How long any of it is kept
Chat history stays for as long as your Sky Exchange account is active, because that is what makes it useful. Once you stop using the desk, it is kept for a limited period rather than indefinitely - long enough that a late question about an old payment can still be answered, and no longer than that.
Payment references are held longer than casual chat, because a payment dispute can surface weeks after the event and a reference is the only thing that lets a bank trace it. If you ask for your data to be removed, we do that except where a record must be kept for a legal or financial reason, and we will tell you plainly which parts fall into that category rather than hiding behind the exception.
Who else sees it
The messaging platform
Your conversation travels over WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms and its own encryption. Those apply to the transport of your messages regardless of anything written here, and they are worth reading once.
Payment channels
A transfer necessarily passes through your bank and the receiving bank. They see what any payment shows them. We do not add anything to that, and we do not pass your betting activity to them.
The exchange platform
Your account lives on the platform itself, which collects its own data under its own policy - device information, login records, betting activity. That is outside this desk's control and is not something we can grant or withdraw on your behalf. It is worth knowing the distinction: what you tell us and what the platform records are two separate piles.
Nobody else
No advertisers, no data brokers, no list swaps, no marketing partners. The only other circumstance is a genuine legal requirement, and that is a narrow door rather than a convenient one.
Cookies and this website
The pages on this Sky Exchange site are plain static files. There is no login on this site, no comment system, no advertising network and no behavioural tracking script following you from page to page. Your browser handles the usual technical basics that any website needs to load - fonts and the page itself - and your own browser settings control that as they do everywhere else.
Links out to other sites, including help organisations and the exchange itself, take you somewhere with its own rules. Once you leave these pages, this policy stops applying and theirs starts.
Your rights, and how to use them
You do not need a formal letter or a legal phrase to exercise any of these. A message to the desk is enough.
- 1Ask what we hold about you, and we will tell you.
- 2Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
- 3Ask us to delete your data when you stop using the service.
- 4Ask us to stop messaging you, and the thread goes quiet.
- 5Ask for a copy of what was agreed on your account in writing.
Requests are handled from the same chat you have always used, which is itself the identity check - it is the reason we will not action a data request that arrives from a new number claiming to be you.
Keeping it safe, and your half of that
On our side: access to your chat is limited to the people on the desk who need it, payment details are shared fresh in the live conversation rather than posted anywhere public, and nothing about your account is confirmed to a third party who contacts us on your behalf.
On yours: keep a screen lock on the phone that holds the chat, do not forward your Sky Exchange login to anyone, and treat any request for your password, PIN or an OTP as a scam whoever it appears to come from. Most privacy problems in this line of work are not database breaches; they are somebody being persuaded to hand something over. If a message ever makes you uneasy, screenshot it and send it to the desk before you act on it.
Under 18s
This service is for adults only. We do not knowingly hold data for anyone under eighteen, and if we learn that an account belongs to a minor it is closed and the associated information removed.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle information changes, this page is updated rather than quietly amended somewhere else. Questions can go straight to the desk through the contact page.
